TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) — Thrive West Central celebrated the opening of 13 newly rehabilitated homes in Terre Haute on Wednesday. The homes are located in the Farrington's Grove neighborhood.
Developer Ben Lenderman led the renovation project, which aimed to restore the charm of historic buildings while incorporating modern design elements.
